Cutting Principle

The V-shaped conveyor belt guides the product to the cutting wheel. The strategically angled and tensioned
knives guarantee a perfect cut. Especially products with a small diameter can be cut at high capacity.

The cutting size of your meat is determined by the combination of: the number of knives on the cutting wheel, the speed of the cutting wheel and of the conveyor belt, and the type of cutting wheel.
